With over a decade of experience in events, corporate launches and client experiences, I bring a highly organised, creative and detail-focused approach to wedding planning.
After planning a family wedding of my own, I discovered a passion for creating celebrations that feel both beautifully considered and deeply personal. That experience became the foundation for The Wedding Society.
As a London-based fusion wedding specialist, I particularly love bringing different cultures, traditions and families together. Whether it’s honouring heritage, blending old and new, or creating a celebration that feels completely unique to you, I believe the most memorable weddings are those that genuinely reflect the couple.
My role goes beyond managing logistics. I bring calm, creativity and confidence to the planning process, taking care of the details behind the scenes so you can be fully present on your wedding day.
For me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a couple relax, celebrate and enjoy every moment, knowing that everything is being expertly taken care of.

Event Specialist
With a career spanning hospitality, events and advertising, Ben brings decades of experience in creating exceptional guest experiences and managing events seamlessly.
His hospitality career began in the 1980s before moving into advertising, where he worked across leading food brands including Cadbury’s, Green & Black’s, Uncle Ben’s Rice, Dolmio and Findus. He later returned to his passion for hospitality, establishing a successful gourmet food business in London’s West End before expanding into bespoke event catering for brands including Virgin, Topshop, Topman and Vogue.
Today, as The Wedding Society’s Event Specialist, Ben brings his wealth of experience, calm approach and practical expertise to every wedding. Working alongside China, he is the hands-on presence behind the scenes – coordinating suppliers, managing logistics and quietly resolving the unexpected.
His focus is simple: to make sure couples can relax, enjoy their guests and be fully present for every moment of their wedding day.
